Original prices are in EUR, but our website can convert EUR to several other currencies for your convenience.

At checkout, you will pay in EUR at the most recent foreign exchange rate to your currency.

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide. The average shipping time is 7-14 business days.

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to ship out. Average shipping times are 5-10 days, depending on the final destination.

Tracking numbers will be updated 2-3 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days, please e-mail us at info@kalimbera.com

Please note Due to a high-volume of orders and due to the COVID-19 situation, we face some delays in delivery. We hope to get back to normal shipping times as soon as possible.

When the order is delivered, you receive an e-mail to confirm delivery which contains a Track my order button.

Alternatively, you can go to Track My Order and either input the tracking number you received, or you can use the Order Number and the E-mail address.

If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation e-mail and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@kalimbera.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. Refunds are not guaranteed after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Yes. We tune all Kalimbas in the standard C key before we ship them.

In many cases, the Kalimba gets un-tuned due to the vibrations that occur during during shipment. If this happens, simply follow the instructions in the booklet to tune your Kalimba.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. If there is an issue with the product, you will have 30 days (starting from the delivery date) to send it back to us for a full refund.

Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel(s). More details in the Return and Refund Policy.

Please note If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty, if the product has not been engraved. You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

Please note If you placed an order and decided to engrave the Kalimba, we will refund your order in full only if we have NOT engraved at the point we receive the cancellation request. In case the order is placed and we have engraved the Kalimba, no refunds will be applied.
